Watch a problem

See when a problem started and how often it came back.

“Scratching the left ear” in Monitor: watching since Aug 13, recorded 11 times, a vet visit on Sep 25, and its history by date.
  1. One thread for one problem

Three scratches, a red ear, and a new medication belong together. The list groups them with the first date and the last, so you can say whether it happened before.

  2. Watching or resolved

Two states, set by you. Watching keeps it at the top. Mark resolved and the history stays.

  3. Doses in one tap

For a medication plan, tap the day a dose was given. A missed day stays missed, in red, and the vet sees every dose with its date.

  4. Facts, not advice

The list says how often something was recorded and when last. It never scores, diagnoses, or tells you what to do.
